One of the things that I love the most and that I tell you about, I learned very little,

is to receive well, tidy the house to welcome those who arrive, I remember that my godfather

lived out and when he was at our house, I love to set the table for him.

Receiving, it can be for an afternoon, a day, or a week, it doesn't matter,

what matters,

is that the other feels loved, dear.

From a soap, the towel in the toilet, the well-pressed sheet, are details that make

the difference.

But this week I received some friends at my house, to introduce them to my daughter

who lives outside.

I prepared everything in advance, the decorated cookies, the honey breads, which are a

kind of alfajor, my daughter made Banana Cake, the day I

I made Cheese Bread, Juices, Tea, Coffee and Champagne.

I set up the table in a simple way, but pleasing to the eye. I believe that when you are going to set up a table, decorate an environment, it must be your "digital", your face.

Try to bring joy to those who will come to your house.

Do everything calmly beforehand so that on the day you can have your

beauty and welcome guests calmly.

I used artificial flowers because here in Guyana nobody buys flowers, because the price is ABSURD!

First time I went to a flower shop here I almost fainted.

We use flowers from the gardens, but as it has been raining a lot, they are not beautiful.
